NCC 2025 Preview – What to Know

The Australian Building Codes Board (ABCB) has released a preview of proposed updates to the National Construction Code (NCC).

The NCC preview is intended to provide early visibility of potential regulatory direction and areas of focus ahead of future NCC editions. At this stage, the preview does not introduce any changes to current compliance requirements.

CMI Certification is reviewing the NCC preview materials to understand any potential implications for CodeMark certification and product compliance pathways. At present, no immediate action is required from certificate holders.
